1. The accessibility audit will commence only after the payment is received and confirmed.
2. The audit scope will be based on the number of domains, web pages, or mobile applications specified in the request form.
3. Any additional pages, domains, or applications not included in the original request may require additional fees.
4. The audit report will include identified accessibility issues, WCAG references, and recommended remediation guidance.
5. The audit is conducted based on WCAG 2.1 / WCAG 2.2 accessibility guidelines using a combination of automated and manual testing methods.
6. Audit timelines may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the digital assets being assessed.
7. The accessibility audit report is intended to assist organizations in improving accessibility and does not constitute legal certification of compliance.
